Volkswagen is making a strong push for electrification, and that push will start with the Volkswagen I.D. which will be offered in a host of versions and a host of models. The I.D. will be both affordable and offer plenty of range.
Indeed, early reports suggest that the Volkswagen I.D. will start at around $30,000 in Canada. It will have one battery offering up to 300 kilometers of range. There will also another version with more range (400 kilometers) thanks to a two-battery system. This version will be priced at about $45,000.
If these numbers prove true, the Volkswagen I.D. will be one of the most affordable long-range electric vehicles available on the market. In the meantime, contact us today at South Center Volkswagen to learn more about Volkswagen’s lineup of new 2019 fuel-efficient vehicles.
