Dmytro, Andrew, and Dragan were all fantastic to lease a car from. In my experience, selecting a car can often be a long and frustrating process, but these guys have their system streamlined, even though they are a ‘young dealership’, and it really shows. Dmytro and Dragan were extremely knowledgeable about the 2026 Taos and made sure I had all the information I needed both in selecting the vehicle and when driving away.
Andrew was incredibly helpful on the finance side, going above and beyond to provide quick updates and promptly supply documents for my insurance, even when they were being difficult and requesting paperwork outside of standard practice. Despite the added challenge of my recent relocation from the UK, Andrew managed to get me approved quickly and stress free.

I just picked up my brand new car and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Dragan and Andrew, went above and beyond from start to finish. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I felt completely confident driving off the lot. My car had to be shipped, but they kept me updated the entire time.
On top of being extremely knowledgeable, they were genuine, personal and funny, which made the entire process relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. It never felt rushed or transactional—just great service from someone who clearly cares about their customers.

I want to commend the entire staff at this dealership but most of all to 3 individuals, namely; Xin, the business manager; James "Kit" O'Kane, my sales agent, & last but not least Garth, the shuttle service driver.
I bought a used vehicle from Okotoks Volkswagen in January, 2026 and the experience initially was not so good in that, the vehicle had some issues after the delivery but with the coordination and professional handling of the situation, Kit, went the extra effort of personally helping me get the result that I wanted done. Xin on the other hand, also made sure that everything was rectified including arranging transportation to and from Calgary with their top notch driver, Garth who was very pleasant to deal with.
Kit O'kane even gave me a follow up phone call a month after, to make sure that we are still happy with our purchase. A practice almost unheard of these days. Hats off to you KIT!

The salespeople at Okotoks VW helped me out big time. My parter drives a Jetta and got stuck in a ditch just outside of town. Her car didn’t have the tow hook that you screw into the bumper to pull it out. I came to Okotoks VW as a last Hail Mary to see if they had one after calling every VW Dealership, parts store, etc in Calgary to find one.
One of the salesmen here loaned me one from his personal car so I could get her out. Unfortunately I never caught his name.. The people here are great, and when she goes to upgrade from her Jetta we will definitely be coming here.
10/10 Recommend just based on that, ability to help a stranger without expecting anything in return.
